摘要
人乳腺球蛋白是近年来发现的一种乳腺组织特异性蛋白,在乳腺癌和转移淋巴结组织及其外周血和骨髓中特异性表达,是一种新的乳腺癌标志物。此外,人乳腺球蛋白还可诱导机体免疫反应,产生细胞毒作用。因此,人乳腺球蛋白在早期乳腺癌的诊断、微转移及乳腺癌的免疫治疗中将具有较高的临床应用价值。
Human mammaglobin（hMAM）,a specific protein in breast tissue,specifically expressed in breast carcinoma,metastasis lymph node,peripheral blood and bone marrow,and it was demonstrated to be a new promising marker for breast carcinoma.Moreover,it can induce immune reaction and take cytotoxic action.This article summarized the recent research development of human manmaglobin in diagnosis and treatment of breast carcinoma.
