摘要
聚集素是近年新发现的凋亡抑制蛋白,它广泛表达于各种组织及体液中,并参与多种生理及病理过程,包括免疫调节、细胞黏附、脂质转运、组织重构、膜循环及细胞凋亡、细胞周期调节等。近年研究发现,聚集素选择性地表达于某些肿瘤组织而在正常成熟组织中低表达,对肿瘤发生、发展具有重要作用。因此,对聚集素的深入研究可为阐明人类肿瘤的发生机制及肿瘤的诊断、治疗提供一个新的方向。
Clusterin is a newly discovered inhibitor of apoptosis protein and an important factor causing carcinoma.It may be expressed in all kinds of tissues and humoral fluids,and involved in multiple physiological and pathological processes,including immune regulation,cell adhesion,lipid transportation,tissue remodelling,membrane recycling,cell to cell interactions,adjustment of apoptosis and cell cycle Recently,clusterin has been found to be selectively expressed in tumors but minimally in normal tissues.Clusterin plays an important role in the genesis and development of cancer.Therefore,the investigation into clusterin could provide the new direction in elucidating the mechanisms of tumorigenesis,in addition to the diagnosis and treatment of cancer.
