摘要
由于未成熟心脏与成熟心脏在功能、能量代谢等方面存在明显差别,目前还没有很好的对未成熟心肌进行保护的方法。而未成熟心肌保护技术的水平直接决定着小儿心脏外科手术的开展。现对未成熟心肌的特点、预处理对未成熟心肌保护作用、外源性心脏停搏液对心肌保护的作用等进行综述,以期有助于未成熟心肌保护技术的进一步提高。
Due to the significant differences in cardiac function and energy metabolism between the immature and mature hearts,there are still no appropriate methods for immature myocardial protection.However technology of immature myocardium protection directly determines the pediatric cardiac surgery.This paper reviewed the characteristic of immature myocardium,the protective effect of pretreatment on immature myocardial and the protective role of exogenous cardioplegic solution on myocardium,with a view to contribute to improving the technology of immature myocardial protection.
