醛糖还原酶与糖尿病慢性并发症的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 醛糖还原酶属于还原型辅酶Ⅱ依赖性醛固酮还原酶家族,参与了多种糖尿病并发症的病理过程。但目前对于醛糖还原酶在糖尿病慢性并发症发病中的作用机制还远未研究清楚,只知其通过多元醇代谢、基因变异等途径等参与了糖尿病肾病、视网膜病变等慢性并发症的进程,对上述病变机制予以综述。 Aldose reductase belongs to the aldo-keto reductase family which depends on reduced enzymeⅡNADPH,and it involves in a variety of chronic complications of diabetes pathological processes.But the mechanism about how aldose reductase acts in the pathogenesis of diabetic chronic complications is still far from clear,we just know that Aldose reductase involves in diabetic nephropathy,retinopathy and other diabetic chronic complications by the way of the polyol metabolism,genetic variation and so on.We do a review about the mechanism of these diseases.
