摘要
目的探讨肩胛骨骨折手术治疗的临床效果。方法31例肩胛骨骨折的患者,经改良Judet手术入路切开复位,采用重建钢板,拉力螺钉内固定,术后功能锻炼。结果所有例患者均获得随访,随访时间6个月至3年,平均18个月。多数患者术后4～6个月恢复正常生活、工作。结论肩胛骨骨折治疗的功能效果依赖于肩胛骨骨折损伤的严重程度、术中的充分复位及内固定的可靠性,同时遵守术后康复的原则。
Objective To investigate the effects of operative treatment on scapular fractures.Methods 31 patients with scapular fracture received the reconstruction with plate and lag screw fixation in the modified Judet＇s procedure,followed postoperative functional exercise.Results All patients were followed up for 6 months to 3 years,at the average of 18 months.The majority of patients returned to normal activities of living and working after 4-6 months.Conclusion Functional effects of scapular fractures treatment depended on the severity of scapular fracture,the full reduction and the reliability of internal fixation,complying with the principles of postoperative rehabilitation.
