家庭康复干预对糖尿病患者血糖指数的影响

The Influence of Family-based Rehabilitation Intervention on the Blood Glucose Index of Diabetics

目的探讨家庭康复干预对糖尿病患者血糖水平恢复的效果和临床价值。方法选择2008年6月至2009年6月从我科出院的2型糖尿病患者136例,将其随机分为干预组和对照组,各68例。出院后两组患者均给予常规出院指导和常规药物治疗。干预组另给予家庭康复干预。比较两组患者出院时及出院后1个月的空腹血糖及餐后2h血糖。结果干预后两组患者的空腹血糖及餐后2h血糖均较出院时有改善,且干预组患者的空腹血糖和餐后2h血糖显著低于对照组。结论家庭康复干预能明显稳定糖尿病患者的血糖水平,从而提高患者的健康程度。

Objective To explore the effect of family-based rehabilitation intervention on the recovery of blood glucose levels and its clinical value.Methods Selected 136 cases of type 2 diabetics who were discharged from June 2008 to June 2009 in our department,and randomly divided them into two groups：intervention group and control group,each with 68 cases.All the patients were given regular guidance and conventional drug therapy after they were discharged from hospital.Meanwhile,the patients of intervention group were given extra family-based rehabilitation intervention.When the two groups of patients were discharged from hospital and after one month,we respectively made a comparison between them of their fasting blood glucose（FBG）and postprandial 2h blood glucose.Results FBG and postprandial 2h blood glucose of the two groups of patients were both improved after the intervention,and the level of FBG and postprandial 2 h blood glucose of the patients in the intervention group was significantly lower than that of the patients in the control group.Conclusion Family-based rehabilitation intervention can evidently stabilize the blood glucose levels of diabetics,thus improve their health.
