摘要
心理效应的合理运用,能够促进班主任的班级管理工作。本文论述了暴露缺点效应、无痕迹效应、照镜子效应、木桶效应、成功强化效应、居家心理效应等,并结合自己的实际情况,探索了心理效应在班级管理中的实践作用,极大地促进了班级管理工作。
The rational use of the psychological effects can help headteachers promote the class management.This paper discusses the Weaknesses Exposed Effect,No-Trace Effect, Mirror Effect, Cask Effect, Success Strengthening Effect,Home Effect,etc.And it explores,combined with the current situation,the role psychological effects play in the class management,and concludes the great impact of psychological effects on the promotion of the class management.
