观赏药用植物香花崖豆藤光合特性研究 被引量:4

摘要 采用LI-6400便携式光合作用测定仪系统研究药用、观赏树种香花崖豆藤的光合特性,结果表明:香花崖豆藤是一种喜光植物,其叶片的光补偿点为25μmol/m2.s,光饱和点为2 000μmol/m2.s;相关分析表明净光合速率与饱与蒸汽压差、叶室气温、叶片温度及光照强度均成显著正相关,与胞间CO2浓度成负相关;主成分分析表明,光照、叶片温度、蒸腾是光合作用的主要因子;逐步线形回归表明,净光合速率主要受到叶室气温的影响。 Using LI-6 400 portable photosynthetic system to study the photosynthetic characteristics of ornamental medicinal plant- Millettia dielsiana Harms. The results revealed that Millettia dielsiana Harms is a kind of heliophile, whose light compensation point is about 25 μmol/m^2·s, light saturation point is around 2 000 μmol/m2·s. The results of correlation analysis showed that there were significant positive correlations between net photosynthetic rate and saturated Vapor pressure difference (sVpdl), air temperature (Tair), leaf temperature (Tleaf), photosynthetically active radiation (Par), and there was a negative correlation between net photosynthetic and inter-cellular CO2 concentration. The results of principle component analysis showed that the first principle components of Millettia dielsiana Harms were light, Tleaf, transpiration rate (Trmmol). The results of stepwise linear regression indicated that net photosynthetic rate of Millettia dielsiana Harms was mainly affected by Tair.
