摘要
脲酶是土壤中的主要酶类之一,是唯一对尿素在土壤中的转化及作用有着重大影响的酶。不同化学农药对脲酶活性的影响不一。综述了除草剂、杀虫剂、杀菌剂等不同类型化学农药对土壤脲酶活性的影响及相关研究进展,为化学农药的合理使用及农业生态环境保护提供参考。
Urease is one of the main enzymes in the soil, which is also the only kind of enzyme to affect the transformation and action of carbamide in the soil. The effects of different chemical pesticides on activity of urease are different. The effects of different chemical pesticides (herbicide, insecticide and bactericide, etc.) on activity of soil urease and related research progress were summarized to provide a reference for rational use of pesticides and protection of agro-ecological environment.
