摘要
采用常规生物急性毒性实验法,研究了在pH 7.85、水温8℃条件下,氨氮对白斑狗鱼成鱼的急性毒性。结果表明,白斑狗鱼对氨氮的耐受力不强,氨氮对白斑狗鱼成鱼的24、48、72、96 h的半数致死浓度分别为45.85、35.26、27.24、24.92 mg/L,安全浓度为2.492 mg/L;非离子氨对白斑狗鱼的24、48、72、96 h的半数致死浓度分别为0.613、0.471、0.364 mg/L、0.333 mg/L,安全浓度为0.033 mg/L。
The acute toxicity of ammonia nitrogen on adult fish of Esox lucius in pH 7.85 and 8℃ water was studied by the experimental method of usual biological acute toxicity. The results showed that Esox lucius can not tolerate strong ammonia nitrogen; the half lethal concentrations of ammonia nitrogen on adult fish of Esox lucius at 24 h, 48 h, 72 h and 96 h were 45.85 mg/L, 35.26 mg/L, 27.24 mg/L and 24.92 mg/L, respectively, and the safe concentration was 2.492 mg/ L; the half lethal concentrations of non-ionic ammonia on adult fish of Esox lucius at 24 h, 48 h, 72 h, and 96 h were 0.613 mg/L, 0.471 mg/L, 0.364 mg/L and 0.333 mg/L, respectively, and the safe concentration was 0.033 3 mg/L.
