生态养猪发酵床菌种产蛋白酶特性的研究 被引量:4

摘要 采用福林法对武汉芽孢杆菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、7号芽孢杆菌、9号芽孢杆菌、Y2芽孢杆菌、BB1芽孢杆菌进行发酵后产蛋白酶活力测定。结果表明:7号芽孢杆菌、9号芽孢杆菌、Y2芽孢杆菌产蛋白酶活力较小,武汉芽孢杆菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、BB1芽孢杆菌产蛋白酶活力较高;在三株产蛋白酶活力高的菌种培养基中加入微量元素,实现产酶条件优化,结果是:对武汉芽孢杆菌产蛋白酶有较大影响,对枯草芽孢杆菌和BB1芽孢杆菌影响较小。 The activities of proteases that produced by fermented Bacillus Wuhan, Bacillus subtilis, Bacillus 7^th, Bacillus 9^th, Bacillus Y2 and BB1 Bacillus were determined by Folin method. The results showed that proteases produced by Bacillus 7^th, Bacillus 9^th and Bacillus Y2 had lower activities, hut proteases produced by Bacillus Wuhan, Bacillus subtilis and BB1 Bacillus had much higher activities. Then, add trace elements to the three strains' mediums that with high producing protease activity to optimize conditions of enzyme production. The results indicated that it had a large impact on the protease production of Bacillus Wuhan, but it had a small impact on the protease production of Bacillus subtilis and BB1 Bacillus.
