摘要
提出了一种可有效解决区域功率振荡问题的统一控制器设计方法。该方法解决了各控制器间因数学模型和采用控制理论的不同所可能造成的协调配合问题。在系统建模过程中,打破了对网络拓扑、元件模型精细程度,以及元件模型适应范围的束缚,建立了基于全局信号的区域互联电力系统的统一模型;在控制规律的推导过程中,利用模型的结构特征,将返步法与先进的控制理论相结合,解决了系统参数不确定和模型误差问题。在MATLAB环境下的相关仿真结果验证了所提出的方法的有效性。
The design of unified controller for effectively damping the inter-area power oscillations is proposed.This new controller can solve the coordination problems among the different mathematical models and control theories.During the modeling process,a unified interconnected power system model is established by breaking the constraints of the network topology,the fine degree of component model and the adaptability range.The backstepping method is introduced due to the structural feature of the unified power system model,and it combines the advanced control theories to solve the parameter uncertainty and model error problems in the control law deriving process.The validity of the design is verified by the relevant simulation results in MATLAB.
