摘要 在应用传统聚类算法对电网进行无功电压控制分区时,存在可伸缩性不强的缺点,且分区结果难以保证被控节点与对它控制最灵敏的无功源节点属于同一个分区。文中提出一种基于映射分区的无功电压控制分区算法,首先在电气距离的基础上通过凝聚的层次聚类算法得出最优分区数和无功源节点所在的分区号,然后通过映射分区算法确定被控节点的分区。该方法不依赖于状态估计结果,而仅基于网络的拓扑结构和参数。应用所述方法分别对IEEE 39节点、IEEE 118节点系统和福建电网进行了分析计算,分区结果表明该方法可以保证被控节点与对它控制最灵敏的无功源节点属于同一个分区,计算速度快,占用内存小。 When traditional clustering algorithms are used to partition a network for reactive power/voltage control,there are shortcomings in scalability and it's difficult for the outcome of partition to guarantee that the controlled nodes and the corresponding reactive power source nodes are partitioned into the same area.A mapping-based partitioning algorithm for reactive power/voltage control is proposed.First of all,on the basis of the electrical distance,the cohesion of a hierarchical clustering algorithm is used to obtain the optimal number of areas and the area of reactive power source nodes.Then the mapping partition algorithm is used to determine the areas of the controlled nodes.Rather than depend on the state estimation,the method proposed is only based on real time network topology and parameters.The numerical results concerning on IEEE 39-bus,IEEE 118-bus system and Fujian Power Grid respectively show that the controlled nodes and reactive power source nodes that control them are mostly partitioned into the same area by using the algorithm proposed.
