摘要 基于测量不确定度的理念,构造了以正常测点数目最多为目标函数的配电网状态估计新方法。同时,考虑到配电网三相不平衡、辐射状、规模庞大、电流和电流量测多、数值计算困难等特点,该方法选取支路电流和节点电压的实部与虚部作为状态变量。通过对IEEE 13,IEEE 37,IEEE 123标准配电系统进行测试,证明该方法具有抗差性强、收敛快、合理性好等优点,有良好的在线应用前景。 Based on the concept of uncertainty of measurement, this paper proposes a novel three-phase distribution state estimating method, which takes the maximum of the number of normal measuring points as the objective. As the distribution network has such peculiar characteristics as being three-phase unbalanced, radial, large-scale, frequent current measurements, difficult numerical calculation, ere, this method chooses the real and imaginary parts of branch current and node voltage as the state variables. By testing on IEEE 13-bus, IEEE 37 bus, IEEE 123-bus systems, this method is proved to have the advantages of strong anti-error property, fast convergence and good rationality, etc. This method has a good prospect of online application.
