抗菌可吸收缝线与普通缝线在颈椎前路手术切口缝合中的应用比较 被引量:9

摘要 目的 观察抗菌可吸收缝线与普通缝线在骨科颈椎病颈前路手术切口缝合中的应用效果.方法 比较这2种缝线缝合切口的各35例行颈前路手术的颈椎病患者的缝合时间、缝线费用、术后切口感染、裂开、脂肪液化、术后住院时间及瘢痕形成等;并应用决策树分析比较其成本-效果.结果 缝合时间、缝线费用、术后住院日、瘢痕形成在两组间差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);以切口愈合效果为优作为治疗结点,抗菌可吸收缝线与普通缝线的每病例平均治疗费用分别为639.1元和1117.7元.结论 使用抗菌可吸收缝线缝合颈前路手术切口,患者术后住院日短,瘢痕小,成本-效果好. Objective To evaluate the effect of antibacterial absorbable suture vs traditional ordi-nary suture on skin closure in cervical spondylosis anterior surgery. Methods The duration of suturing,fee of suture, infection of incisional wound, disruption of wound, liquification of fat round wound, hospital stay, scarring were compared were compared in 35 patients each group undergoing cervical spondylosis anterior surgery, and the cost-effectiveness was analyzed by decision tree. Results There were statistical differences between the two groups in the duration of suturing, fee of suture, hospital stay and scarring (P〈0.05). Taking excellence as the end of treatment,the cost of antibacterial absorbable suture and ordinary suture ev-ery patient was 639.1 yuan and 1117.7 yuan, respectively. Conclusion Antibacterial absorbable suture is a better scheme for clinical effects and cost-effectiveness on skin closure in cervical spondylosis anterior surgery.
