摘要信息共享空间服务运作的流程中,根据用户对象的需求设计服务内容,选择适合的服务模式,为实现服务模式的有效运作而配备合适的服务人员,并进行有效管理和培训。在总结国外管理实践经验的同时,为我国信息共享空间服务管理提供建议。 During the organization of services,content is designed by user needs,pattern is to be chosen,staff and training is to be arranged.In summarizing the experiences of Information Commons abroad in services management,suggestions for our country are made.
