摘要
作为旅游危机管理的参与主体,旅游者对于危机的认知以及由此引发的行动深刻影响政府旅游危机管理的效能。分析旅游者公众理性的有限性以及认知框架等结构特征,探讨基于旅游者危机认知的危机信息传播模型,剖析传统旅游危机信息管理机制的缺陷,提出建立旅游者本位的旅游危机信息管理机制,这是保证旅游危机管理能取得较好效果的前提条件。
As the main participation of public tourism crisis management,the public awareness,as well as the triggered action profoundly influences the Government's public crisis management performance.The paper analysis the structural characteristics such as the limited public rational awareness and the cognitive framework,explores the impact and cognitive psychological factors of the public crisis awareness,analysis the defects of the traditional public crisis information communication and dissemination mechanism.Based on the characteristics and methods of the tourist awareness,the paper proposes the establishment of tourist-based crisis public information dissemination and communication mechanisms and ensure that this is a crisis of public information can be made a precondition for better results.
