对政府而言,如何在社会主义新农村建设与和谐社会构建中避免贫富差距越拉越大的马太效应,是一个很重要的政治课题。通过问卷调查、深度访谈等方法对豫东农村地区的农民进行了调查研究,对农民信息资本的拥有利用情况做出分析,为进一步推进农村信息资源建设和缩小贫富差距、建设和谐农村提供科学依据。

For governments,how to avoid widening the gap between rich and poor in Matthew Effect in the socialistic new countryside and harmonious society construction,is a very important political issue.Our group has made an investigation into Peasants in East of HeNan by the way of questionnaire and interview in-depth,then analyze the case of Peasants in possession and utilization of information capital.The analysis also provide scientific basis for further promoting the construction of rural information resources,narrowing the gap between rich and poor and constructing harmonious countryside
