摘要
从社会网络视角构建了虚拟团队知识分布模型,然后基于虚拟团队的任务导向性将虚拟团队生命周期划分为形成期、震荡期、执行期、解体期四个阶段,并从沟通、文化、关系、结构等方面阐述了每个阶段的特征,最后从生命周期的四个阶段分别讨论了虚拟团队知识分布状态。
Firstly,this paper constructs the virtual teams' knowledge distribution model on the perspective of social network.Secondly,the life cycle of virtual teams is divided into four phases: forming,storming,performing and dismissing based on the task-oriented of virtual teams,then each phase is described from three aspects: communication,culture,tie and structure.Finally,it analyzes the knowledge distribution of virtual teams based on the life cycle.
