摘要
从社会网络视角构建了虚拟团队知识分布模型,然后基于虚拟团队的任务导向性将虚拟团队生命周期划分为形成期、震荡期、执行期、解体期四个阶段,并从沟通、文化、关系、结构等方面阐述了每个阶段的特征,最后从生命周期的四个阶段分别讨论了虚拟团队知识分布状态。
Firstly,this paper constructs the virtual teams＇ knowledge distribution model on the perspective of social network.Secondly,the life cycle of virtual teams is divided into four phases： forming,storming,performing and dismissing based on the task-oriented of virtual teams,then each phase is described from three aspects： communication,culture,tie and structure.Finally,it analyzes the knowledge distribution of virtual teams based on the life cycle.
