Research on Knowledge Governance in Virtual Cooperation Based on the View of Experience Curve

阐述了虚拟企业的概念、知识治理的产生与内涵,通过与传统企业经验曲线相比较,综述了虚拟企业中经验曲线的性质,以及其受到学习、专业化、投资及经济规模四个因素的影响,最后基于经验曲线,提出虚拟企业中知识治理的模式及需要注意的几个问题。

The paper explains the concept of virtual cooperation,the origin of knowledge governance and its meaning.After compared with the experience curve in traditional cooperation,it sums up the nature of experience curve in virtual cooperation,argues that there are four effects,including learning,specializing,investments and economies of scale,influence the experience curve.Raise the knowledge governance modes in Virtual Cooperation and several problems which should be considered.
