The Overview of the Research about Foreign Direct Investment and China's Industrial Structure

改革开放以来,外商直接投资的流入不断扩大,其对我国产业结构的影响也日益增加。笔者从外商直接投资的产业结构特点,外商直接投资对产业结构作用的机制,外商直接投资对产业结构的影响和实证研究以及利用外资优化我国产业结构的建议五个方面对我国理论界关于外商直接投资与产业结构的研究做一综述。

Since the reform and opening up,the foreign direct investment＇s inflow has continued to expand,its impact on China＇s industrial structure is also growing,The author makes a summary to our country theorists about the foreign direct investment and industrial structure＇s research from the characteristics of the industrial structure of foreign direct investment,the mechanism of the industrial structure of foreign direct investment,foreign direct investment to industrial structure＇s influence and the empirical study,using the foreign direct investment to optimize our country industrial structure for readers.
