摘要
飞达化工公司在尿素生产流程中,使用脱碳闪蒸气(CO2≥70%)、合成氨和三聚氰胺回收的浓氨水(含NH318%~22%),调整部分工艺指标,利用原碳化装置,实现联产碳铵,取得了明显的经济和社会效益。
The urea technological process of Feida Chemical Co. is presented. It utilizes the flash gas from CO 2 removal (CO 270%),ammonia, the concentrated aqua ammonia (containing 18%~22% of NH 3) recovered from the melamine plant and the existion ammonium bicarbonate unit to coproduce ammonium bicarbonate by readjustment of some of the process indices, with remarkable economic and social benefits.
