摘要
对部分发达国家残疾人高等教育的发展现状和研究进行分析,发现立法有力地促进了发达国家残疾人高等教育的发展,发达国家残疾人高等教育的专业设置更利于残疾学生的就业选择,目前他们重点解决的两个核心问题是:加强建构以残疾学生个体为中心的教育支持与服务体系及做好中等教育到高等教育的衔接过渡,并结合国情对我国残疾人高等教育立法、专业设置、支持体系建设和师资培养提出建议。
This article makes an investigation into the current situation of the higher education for people with disabilities in several developed countries. Research shows that the legislations passed in developed countries have given a powerful impetus to the development of higher education for people with disabilities, for whom the specialty desig ning is more favorable to the choice of their careers. The authors suggest solving the following two problems: the establishment of the disabled student-centered support and service system, and the transition from secondary education to higher education. Eventually, based on China's national conditions, this article gives such suggestions on China's higher education for students with disabilities as the legislative consummation, specialty designing, the establishment of the support and service system, and the training of teachers.
