在以丙烯酸酯类衍生物为主组分的聚合体系中加入醋酸乙烯、苯乙烯、甲基丙烯酸等作为改性剂,制得粘结力强、耐温度变化好、耐于湿擦及耐有机溶剂的新型改性丙烯酸树脂皮革涂饰剂.产品综合应用性能优于目前通用的几种皮革涂饰剂.生产工艺技术已应用于500t/a的工业装置中.

A new modified acrylic resin fur finishing, which has the advantage of good adhensive power, enduring the change of temperature, bearing wet and dry rubbing and holding organic solvent is made by using vinyl acetate,styrene, methylacrylic acid as modifying agents in the polymerization system of using a series of acrylic compounds as main raw materials. Its comprehensive characters are better than other fur finishing used at present. The technology has been applied in 500t/a industrial equipment.
