摘要
贵州侗族历史上长期过着"有款无官"的生活,其生态与环境秩序主要靠侗族环境习惯法调整与维系,侗族环境习惯法在历史上和现实中对侗族优美和谐环境的保护都贡献卓然。从侗族环境习惯法的形成与演进之视角对其进行梳理研究,弥补此论研究的零散不足。
The Dong people of Guizhou have been enjoying a living governed by local regulations called ＂kuan＂ rather than state law.It is found that this practice is much related to the fact that the Dong＇s common law is inductive to the protection of the beautiful environment.
