摘要
建立了钻机动力头齿轮系的多目标优化设计数学模型。分别以齿轮系最后一级齿间最小油膜厚度最大、齿轮传动体积和最小为分目标,采用目标规划法建立统一目标函数,取齿轮的模数、齿宽和齿数为设计变量,且等效转动惯量最小原则下的传动比为约束条件,运用MATLAB进行遗传算法优化计算。结果表明,该方法简便有效。
The mathematical model of the transmission gear for the driving head of gas drainage drilling rig is established by the multi-objective optimal design. The optimization is used to maximize the least thinkness of oil-film between the last tooth space and minimize the volume of the transmission geartrain,takes the goal programming method to establish the unified target function,and gears' modulus,tooth width,tooth number serve as design variables and gear ratios under the minimum equivalent moment of inertia as constraints. Then,it also carries out the optimization of genetic algorithms by MATLAB. The result shows that this method is simple and efficient.
