金川集团铲运机尾气净化技术实践

Application of the tail gas purification technology for scrapers used in JNMC

对矿井下运行的柴油铲运机的废气净化装置工作原理进行了介绍,详细分析了金川集团有限公司龙首矿铲运机所采用的废气净化装置及其效果,并对降低柴油铲运机排放污染物提出了一些较为可行的方法,以期能对装备柴油铲运机工作的井下矿山环境保护有所裨益。

This paper introduces the working principle of the tail gas purifier used in the underground diesel scrapers,analyzes the purifier used for the scraper in Longshou Mine of JNMC and its effects in detail. It also proposes some available approaches to discharge the contamination of the scraper. Moreover,hopefully this is conducive to the protection of the underground environment where the diesel scraper is working.
