摘要
介绍了晶闸管调压式电气软启动器的工作原理和工作模式,分析了下运带式输送机在不同工况下的启动特点,并提出了采用电气软启动器与盘式制动器的启制动方案,给出了基于PLC的控制系统软硬件设计。该启动器可实现下运带式输送机各种工况下的软启动。
In this paper,the working principle and modes of the voltage-regulating electrical soft starter with thyristor are introduced,the starting characteristics of the downward belt conveyor are analyzed under different working conditions,the starting and braking scheme applying the electrical soft starter and the disk brake is proposed,and the software and hardware design of the control system based on PLC is given. Finally,it indicates this starter could complete the start of the downward belt conveyor under various working conditions.
