摘要
对带式输送机非接触式逆止器的工作特性进行了理论分析,然后应用ANSYS/LS-DYNA软件对NF100非接触式逆止器的逆止过程进行仿真,分析得到异形块和内外圈的受力状况,发现不是所有异形块同时进入逆止状态,且异形块受力存在不均匀性。这对逆止器的设计具有重要的指导意义。
This paper theoretically analyzes the working performance of the non-contact backstop used for the belt conveyor,then simulates the backstop process of NF100 non-contact backstop by ANSYS/LS-DYNA software,obtains stressed states of heteromorphic blocks,inter rings and the outer rings,and f inds that not all heteromorphic blocks come into the backstop state simultaneously and the stresses of heteromorphic blocks are uneven. So,the study has important reference value for the backstop design.
