摘要
利用有限元分析软件ANSYS提供的APDL语言,编写了球磨机静压轴承油膜流场的有限元分析命令流程序,实现了有限元建模和分析的参数化;通过调用程序,改变输入参数,可以快速得到结构相似但尺寸不同的球磨机静压轴承有限元模型,进行有限元分析,省去了大量重复过程,极大地提高了分析效率。
Command stream programs of the finite element analysis for the oil film fluid fields of the hydrostatic bearing in the ball mill and the parameterizations of finite element modeling and analysis are realized with APDL language from ANSYS in the paper. Through invoking programs and inputting various parameters,the finite element models with the similar structure but different dimension hydrostatic bearing in the ball mill can be obtained quickly,which could be used for the finite element analysis,saves many repeating steps and improves the analytic efficiency obviously.
