微型计算机在数字电火花电源控制系统中的应用

摘要 根据电火花涂敷加工工艺的特点,设计了基于16位微型计算机80C196KC控制的脉冲电火花电源的控制电路。控制电路中,通过(PWM)脉宽调制实现主电路的电压调节,设计了MAX705的电源监控及看门狗电路、NMI的保护电路以及基于MAX7219的实时显示模块电路。最后,设计了多种抗干扰措施,提高了电源系统工作的稳定性。经测试,设计的控制电路满足电火花涂敷电参数的需求。 According to the characteristics of the technology of EDM coating processing, this paper designed a pulse control system for the EDM coating power which based on 16-bit microcomputer- 80C196KC. In the control system, the voltage regulation was realized through the PWM, power monitoring and watch-dog circuit were designed based on MAX705, the protection circuit was based on NMI and the real-time display module circuit was based on MAX7219. Finally, Variety of anti-jamming measures were used to improve the stability of power supply system. Tests show that, the designed control system meet with the requirement of EDM coating electric parameters.
