摘要
针对异形孔内壁再铸层去除的问题,提出了一种电火花-电解组合加工新工艺。该工艺是利用同一工具电极在同一加工工位先进行电火花成形加工,然后电解加工去除电火花加工产生的再铸层。对该组合工艺进行了分析和研究,包括电火花加工电参数对再铸层厚度的影响以及电解加工各参数对去除再铸层效果的影响。并对加工参数进行了优化,加工出了内壁无再铸层、无微裂纹的高质量异形孔。
In this paper, a combined process for machining profile holes is proposed, in which ECM is employed to remove recast layer formed in EDM, by using the same tool-electrode in the same processing station. And this combined process is analyzed and studied. The effect of the EDM parame- ters on the recast layer and the effect of the ECM parameters on the removal of recast layer are discussed. The holes without recast layer and micro crack could be obtained by using the proposed method.
