摘要
介绍了球头阴极数控展成电解加工的原理以及试验装置。在正交试验的基础上,分析了电压、电解液压力、初始间隙、阴极转速和进给速度对表面粗糙度的影响,获得了优化的工艺参数。
The principle and experiment equipment of spherical electrode NC electrochemical contour evolution machining were introduced. On the basis of orthogonal experiments the influences of the voltage, the pressure of electrolyte, the initial inter-electrode gap, the electrode speed and the feed rate to the surface roughness, and the optional machining parameters were obtained.
