摘要 文章针对基于光纤自相位调制(SPM)效应和四波混频(FWM)效应的全光再生技术,分析了归零差分相移键控(RZ-DPSK)调制信号在SPM效应下再生的局限性,指出只有将相位调制转换为幅度调制才可用此方法实现;同时研究了利用FWM效应实现再生时,在保证转换效率的前提下泵浦光和信号光波长与零色散波长之间需要满足的关系,以得到适合再生的转移函数。 In view of the fiber-based all-optical regeneration based on Self-Phase Modulation(SPM) and Four-Wave Mixing(FWM) effects,this paper analyzes the limitation of regeneration towards RZ-DPSK modulation signals using SPM effect.This method can be used only when phase modulation is transformed to amplitude modulation.At the same time,it investigates the relationship to be met among pumped light,signal optical wavelength and zero-dispersion wavelength on the premise of high transformation efficiency by utilizing the FWM effect so as to insure the proper transfer function of regeneration.
