摘要
目的:建立蒲薏颗粒的定性定量方法。方法:采用薄层色谱法对蒲薏颗粒中的何首乌、蒲公英、薏苡仁和灵芝进行定性鉴别;采用HPLC法对其何首乌中的大黄素进行含量测定。结果:在薄层色谱中何首乌、蒲公英、薏苡仁和灵芝能得到很好的鉴别;大黄素在0.073~1.171μg范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率为99.0%,RSD为2.2%(n=9)。结论:该方法准确、简便、重复性好,可用于可用于蒲薏颗粒的质量控制。
Objective:To establish the qualitative and quantitative methods for Puyi Granules.Method: Radix Polygoni Eultiflori,Herba Taraxaci,Semen Coicis and Ganoderma were identified by TLC,and the content of emodin in the preparation was determined by HPLC.Result: Radix Polygoni Eultiflori,Herba Taraxaci,Semen Coicis and Ganoderma could be identified well by TLC.The regression curve of emodin showed a good linear rela-tionship in the range of 0.073 ~ 1.171 μg.The average recovery was 99.0%,RSD was 2.2%.Conclusion: The method is accurate,simple and has good repeatability.It can be used for quality control of Puyi Granules.
