珍珠滴丸组方合理性研究

Study on the rationality of combination prescription of Pearl Dropping Pills

目的:研究珍珠滴丸的组方合理性。方法:以大鼠口腔黏膜溃疡愈合的药效学试验为评价指标,通过正交实验的交互作用和方差分析,探讨组方中各药味的主次及相互关系,用正交t值法实验设计进行处方配比研究。结果:各药物在珍珠滴丸组方中的重要性地位依次为:羊耳菊>甘草>冰片>珍珠;冰片与珍珠之间具有明显的交互作用,且4药合用具有协同效果;处方中羊耳菊、甘草、珍珠和冰片的比例为100∶20∶2∶1。结论:通过对组方及配比的合理性研究,确定了组方配比,同时验证了该方民间用药的合理性。

Objective：To study the rationality of combination prescription of Pearl Dropping Pills.Method： The pharmacodynamic study on healing of oral ulcerative macous membrane in rats was used as evaluation index.The interaction and variance analysis of orthogonal design were employed to explore the primary-secondary and correlation of all herbs in combination prescription.The orthogonal t-value experiment was adopted to research the proportion of prescription.Result：The importance of each herb in combination prescription of Pearl Dropping Pills was appeared to be：herba Inulae cappae licorice borneol pearl.The obvious interactions between borneol and pearl and the synergistic effect of four herbs had been found to exist.The proportion of herba Inulae cappae,licorice,borneol and pearl were 100∶ 20∶ 2∶ 1.Conclusion：The combination of Pearl Dropping Pills is established and the rationality of the folk medicine is verified by this experimental study.
