C反应蛋白1059G/C基因多态性与急性冠脉综合征的相关性研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨昆明地区汉族人群中血清C反应蛋白1059G/C基因多态性与急性冠脉综合征之间的相关性。方法采用DNA测序,对100例急性冠脉综合征(acute coronary syndromes,ACS)患者和100例健康体检者的基因型进行鉴定,结合冠状动脉造影结果进行分析。结果 C反应蛋白1059G/C基因多态性等位基因和基因型的分布频率符合Hardy-Weinberg平衡(x^2=0.297,P>0.05)。两组的1059G/C基因型和等位基因的分布趋势相同,差异无显著性(P>0.05)。冠状动脉病变程度不受1059G/C基因多态性的影响(x^2=1.374,P>0.05)。结论急性冠脉综合征患者冠状动脉病变程度可能不受1059G/C基因多态性的影响。 Objective Study the correlation between the 1059G/C gene polymorphism of C reactive protein and ACS among the Han people in Kunming. Methods 100 patients with ACS and 100 health were brought into this research, the gene type was identified by DNA sequencing, then analyzed the results combining the coronary arteriongraphy. Results The distribution frequency of 1059G/CPs allele and gene type met with the Hardy Weinberg balance(x^2 = 0. 297,P〉0.05). There didn't have obvious difference between the two groups. The degree of coronary artery disease was not affected by the gene polymorphism of 1059G/C. Conclusion For the patient with ACS, the pathological change of coronary artery could not be affected by the gene polymorphism of 1059G/C.
