摘要 目的利用胱抑素C(CysC)作为糖尿病肾病早期肾损伤指标,通过对糖尿病肾病患者血浆B型脑钠肽(NT-BNP)水平的检测,探讨血浆BNT-BNP水平与糖尿病肾病之间的关系。方法研究的对象分为2组:非糖尿病肾病组(60例),糖尿病肾病组(72例),另外设健康人对照组(30例),应用免疫电化学发光法检测各组NT-BNP,免疫比浊法测定各组CysC。结果糖尿病肾病组NT-BNP水平高于糖尿病非合并肾病组,其差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);糖尿病非合并肾病组NT-BNP水平又明显高于健康对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论糖尿病肾病患者血浆NT-BNP水平明显升高,在糖尿病肾病的诊断中有一定的意义。 Objective To investigate the relationship between plasma NT--BNP level in patients with diabetic nephropathy, Methods The study subjects were divided into three groups: non-diabetic nephropathy group (60 cases), diabetic nephropathy group(72 cases),healthy control group(30 cases). The plasma levels of NT--BNP were measured with electrochemical luminescence immunoassay. As an early indicators of renal injury, the CysC levels were measured with immune assay. Results The levels of serum NT--BNP existed obvious difference between diabetic nephropathy group and nondiabetic nephropathy group (P〈0.01), as well as between control group and nondiabetic nephropathy group (P〈0. 01). Conelusion The plasma levels of NT-BNP were significantly increased in patients with diabetic nephropathy, it might to be used in the diagnosis of diabetic nephropathy.
