异丙酚静脉注射、笑气吸入镇痛用于人工流产术临床分析

Effect of Induced Abortion Using Disoprofol Tuansvenous Injection and Inhale Nitrous Oxide

目的探讨异丙酚静脉注射和笑气吸入用于人工流产术的镇痛效果。方法将150例使用异丙酚静脉注射行人工流产术的患者作为异丙酚组,将120例使用笑气吸入行人工流产术的患者作为笑气组,将90例未用药行人工流产术的患者作为对照未用药组;观察异丙酚、笑气的镇痛效果。结果异丙酚和笑气均有镇痛作用,与对照组比较,差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.01);异丙酚的镇痛效果明显,镇痛有效率异丙酚组(100%)与笑气组(76.67%)差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论异丙酚和笑气用于人工流产术均有良好镇痛效果,异丙酚镇痛效果优于笑气。

Objective To study the analgesic effect of induced abortion using disoprofol tuansvenous injection and inhale nitrous oxide. Methods We selected 150 cases of patient of induced abortion using disoprofol tuansvenous injection as the group of disoprofol;we selected 120 cases of patient of induced abortion using inhale nitrous oxide as the group of nitrous oxide;and we also selected 90 cases of patient of induced abortion using nothing as the group of comparison in order to observe the analgesic effect of disoprofol and nitrous oxide. Results Compared with the group of comparison,the group of disoprofol and the group of nitrous oxide had a extremely significant analgesic effect（P〈 0.01 ）, the analgesic effect of disoprofol was obvious, the difference of the analgesic effectiveness between disoprofol （100% ）and the nitrous oxide（76.67% ）was significant（P〈0.01）. Conclusion With good analgesic effect,disoprofol and nitrous oxide are good for painless induced abortion. Compared with the group of nitrous oxide ,the analgesia effect of disoprofol is obvious.
