公民的慈善意识,是影响和制约我国慈善事业发展的深层原因,而公民慈善意识的培养是我国慈善事业建设的重点。从坚持以社会主义核心价值体系为指导、努力推动传统慈善观念的现代转化、大力加强慈善事业的制度建设、广泛开展慈善意识的培养教育等方面积极探索我国公民慈善意识的培养路径,构筑我国的慈善事业,促进我国经济社会全面、健康、和谐地发展。

The lack of civil philanthropic consciousness affects and restricts the development of the philanthropy in China.Guided by our socialist core values we need to seek a variety of pathes to cultivate our civil philanthropic consciousness.The measures include improving the traditional philanthropic concept,strengthening the institutional construction of philanthropy,and exerting the influence of education to spread the philanthropic culture.
