目前,广西北部湾经济区开发建设进入了全新的发展阶段。金融是现代经济的核心,经济区的功能定位和战略重点是金融支持政策的框架基础,经济区开发建设资金供需的突出矛盾更是实施金融支持的强力依据。综合地利用政策性金融、商业性金融以及区域内外的各种金融资源,同时根据经济区不同的开发建设阶段以及特定产业(项目)的特点来架构设计的金融支持制度安排是广西北部湾经济区开发建设金融支持的核心。

At present,the development and construction of Beibu Gulf Economic Zone in Guangxi has entered a new stage of development. Finance is the core of modern economy,the functional localization and strategic focus of the economic zone is the framework of the financial support policy,acute imbalances between supply and demand of funds is a strong basis for the implementation of financial support. Integrated use of policy finance,commercial finance,as well as a variety of financial resources outside the region,the institutional arrangements for financial support which is architecturally designed according to different stages of the development and construction of the economic zone as well as the features of specific industries （Project） is the core of financial support system about the development and construction of Beibu Gulf Economic Zone in Guangxi.
