为深入贯彻落实科学发展观,坚持改革开放,推动科学发展,促进和谐发展,夺取全面建设小康社会新胜利,必须提高和增强政府执行力和公信力。因此,有必要研究政府执行力和公信力的关系,衡量政府执行力和公信力的指标体系,分析提升政府执行力和公信力的障碍因素,探寻增强政府执行力和公信力的路径。

To apply the scientific outlook and development thoroughly,and to persevere in reform and opening up,we should pursue development in a scientifically and harmoniously and build a well-off society in an all-around way. All in all,we should enhance and strengthen the implementation capacity and public credibility of government. This article focuses on the relationship between implementation capacity and public credibility and index system of evaluation. By analyzing the hindering factor,so as to enhance implementation capacity and public credibility.
