胎儿表皮干细胞人端粒酶催化亚单位的表达 被引量:1

摘要 端粒酶不仅在肿瘤组织中高表达,在多种干细胞中亦有表达,该酶活性与干细胞维持自我更新的潜能密切相关。表皮干细胞(ESC)具有自我复制能力和多向分化潜能,是皮肤组织工程理想的种子细胞^[1-3]。
