摘要
本文研究了碳化硼粉末和等离子喷涂碳化硼涂层的相组成及空气中氧化增重特性。试验结果表明,碳化硼粉末和涂层氧化增重均随温度增加而增加,并呈指数变化,氧化过程为热激活过程,激活能分别为9.6kJ/mol和6.3kJ/mol。导致它们氧化增重行为差异的主要原因是粉体和涂层相组成的差别。电子探针分析结果表明,氧化后碳化硼粉末和涂层的结构和形貌均发生明显变化。
The phase composition and the weight increase due to oxidation of B4C powder and coating were studied. The results showed:The weight of B4C powder and coating both increases with the oxidation time and the heat active energy was 9.6kJ/mol and 6.3kJ/mol,respectively.The difference between phase composition of B4C powder and coating may account of it.The EPMA result showed that the microstructure and composition of B4C powder and coating were quite different before and after oxidation.
