摘要
本文研究了Cr—Ca—Sn—Si系玛瑙红高温陶瓷色料的合成机理。通过试样的XRD、DTA—TG、IR测试及分析,得出了色料的合成机理。同时还探讨了原料品位、配比、引入形式和矿化剂的加入量、种类以及铅对色料合成的影响。最后通过控制各项工艺参数制得了呈色鲜艳的玛瑙红色料。
Research on the synthesis mechanism of the Chrome-Tin pink pigment which belongs to the CrCaSnSi system is described in this paper. By XRDDTATGIR and analysis, synthesis mechanism of this kind of pigment is concluded. In addition, A study has been conducted of the effects of the material qualityrationformkinds and percent of the mineralizers and lead on the synthesis of this kind of pigment. At last, By controlling the variation, high quality ChromeTin pink pigment is produced.
