摘要 胸腺基质淋巴细胞生成素是近期发现的一种细胞因子,结构和功能类似于IL-7,通过胸腺基质淋巴细胞生成素受体发挥生物学作用。胸腺基质淋巴细胞生成素可由皮肤角质形成细胞、黏膜上皮细胞、嗜碱粒细胞、肥大细胞及平滑肌细胞产生,主要参与淋巴细胞生长、T细胞分化及过敏性炎症的发生,在皮肤黏膜天然免疫中起重要作用。目前发现,胸腺基质淋巴细胞生成素在特应性皮炎、白癜风、皮肤T淋巴细胞瘤、哮喘及过敏性鼻炎等疾病的发生中起重要作用。 Thymie stromal lymphopoietin (TSLP) is a newly discovered IL-7-like cytokine that plays biological effects via activating its receptor. TSLP can be secreted by skin keratinocytes, mueosal epithelium, basophils, mast cells and smooth muscle cells. It plays an essential role in the innate immunity of skin and mucosa because of its participation in lymphocyte development, T cell differentiation and development of allergie inflammation. Recent studies have demonstrated that TSLP plays an important role in the pathogenesis of atopic dermatitis, vitiligo, cutaneous T cell lymphoma, asthma, allergic rhinitis, etc.
