MMP-2及VEGF在尖锐湿疣组织中的表达

Expression of Matrix Metalloproteinase-2 and Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor mRNA in Patients with Condyloma Acuminata

摘要 目的探讨基质金属蛋白酶2(matrix metalloproteinase2,MMP-2)及血管内皮生长因子(vascular endothelialgrowth factor,VEGF)mRNA在尖锐湿疣组织中表达及其意义。方法采用荧光定量聚合酶链反应法测定24例尖锐湿疣患者皮损和19例健康对照者皮肤(包皮)中MMP-2mRNA和VEGF mRNA的定量表达及其临床意义。结果尖锐湿疣患者皮损中MMP-2mRNA和VEGF mRNA的表达明显高于健康对照者皮肤的表达(均P<0.01)。尖锐湿疣患者皮损中MMP-2mRNA的表达与VEGF mRNA的表达呈显著相关性(r=0.59263,P<0.01)。结论MMP-2mRNA和VEGF mRNA的表达上调可能与尖锐湿疣发生、发展有关。 Objective To discuss the expression and meaning of matrix metalloproteinase 2 (MMP-2 ) and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) mRNA in condyloma acuminata. Methods Expression of MMP-2 mRNA and VEGF mRNA in 24 cases of condyloma acuminata and 19 healthy control were measured by fluorescent quantitative polymerase chain reaction (FQ-PCR). Results Expression of MMP-2 mRNA and VEGF mRNA in condyloma acuminata was significantly higher than that in healthy control (P0.01). Significant correlation in condyloma acuminata was found between expression of MMP-2 mRNA and VEGF mRNA (r=0.592 63, P 0.01). Conclusion Our results suggest that overexpression of MMP-2 mRNA and VEGF mRNA could play an important role in the development and process of condyloma acuminata.
