神经发生在不同癫痫模型中的变化及其与癫痫发病的关系 被引量:1

摘要 神经发生是特定脑区神经前体细胞产生新生神经元的持续过程。癫痫主要影响海马齿状回的神经发生。本文主要根据年龄段和发病缓急综述近几年文献,阐明不同癫痫模型在痫样发作后神经发生变化的差异。同时概述了癫痫脑内神经发生的一系列调节因素包括内源性和外源性因素,及其可能作用途径:影响前体细胞增殖、分化和新生细胞的迁徙。神经发生与癫痫发病机制密切相关,但其具体意义目前尚不明确,可能是一个潜在的癫痫治疗新靶点。
