癫痫儿童学习障碍的研究进展

摘要 学习障碍(LD)是一组异质性综合征,指智力正常儿童在阅读、书写、拼字、表达、计算等方面的基本心理过程存在的一种或一种以上的特殊性障碍。癫痫儿童的LD分为永久性和症状依赖性两种。症状依赖性LD未经治疗可发展为永久性LD,可显著影响患儿生活质量。本文就癫痫儿童合并LD的定义和分类、流行病学情况、发病影响因素、防治现状等进行综述。
