摘要
本文较系统地阐述了常见结直肠肿瘤模型小鼠的制备方法、实验观察手段以及相关药物评价系统，分析了国内结直肠肿瘤相关动物模型研究不足的缺陷。该文将对结直肠肿瘤机制研究、化疗预防、药物评价开发等起到积极的参考作用。
In the present paper, common rodent models for colorectal cancer are systematically discussed and reviewed with regard to preparation methods, experimental observation means and drug evaluation system, etc. Additionally, the few disadvantage of animal model of human colorectal cancer are analyzed. The review will be beneficial for research in fields of colorectal cancer concerning carcinogenesis mechanism, chemoprevention, drug development.
